| Notes | 【Notes】 ●Please refrain from gathering at the venue during the night or early morning before the event. ●Participants in the event must follow staff instruction without fail. We ask for your cooperation to help the event proceed safely. ・Regarding tickets * Tickets valid for only the day and venue of the performance printed on the ticket. * Under some circumstances, we may request verification of identity or age. Please bring your driver’s license, student identification card or other identity document to verify your identity. * Tickets issued according to your request cannot be refunded, exchanged or modified for any reason. * Tickets will not be reissued regardless of circumstances (loss , theft, fire, destruction, etc.). * We take no responsibility for problems arising with tickets sold by auction or other form of resale. We prohibit all forms of transfer or resale regardless of the purpose. Tickets purchased through resale will be deemed invalid, and holders of them may be refused entry to the event. * Persons who fail to follow staff instructions inside or outside the venue and anyone else engaging in disruptive behavior will be removed forcibly from the event. In such cases no refunds will be given for their tickets. * Event content or performers may change without prior notice. 【Regarding presents and flower stands】 * Presents, fan letters and other gifts cannot be handed directly to the performers during the event. Please put all gifts in the Present BOX. * We cannot receive food, drinks, perishables, money or valuables. * For flower stands, please arrange delivery for June 8 (Sat), 2019, between 11 a.m. and noon. * If they are delivered at a time other than the designated time, it might not be possible for the staff to receive them. We ask your understanding of this. * We cannot accept requests specifying places to put flowers or their appurtenances or requests for the return of flowers or their appurtenances that you have arranged yourself or to be able to take them home yourself. * For flower stands, we ask that when you place the order you request the florist or delivery company to take back the stand after the performance finishes on June 8 (Sat), 2019. * Please tell them that the stand can be collected until about 20:00 on June 8 (Sat), 2019. * If arranging flowers yourself, please heed the following cautions. ・Flower stands: maximum height of 180 cm, with a maximum of 40 cm width and 40 cm depth at the base ・Backstage flowers: maximum dimensions of 40 cm in height, 40 cm in width and 40 cm in depth. * Anything not conforming to the above maximum dimensions may be refused. * Delivery difficulties due to conditions such as heavy traffic may result in delays past the opening time, but the event organizers will bear no responsibility for that.
